Yoga Classes

Yoga classes surrounded by nature.

Join us for a class lead by the lovely Alicia

Tuesdays | 9:30-10:30am

Thursdays | 6:30-7:30pm

 

£8 per person

Classes limited to 12 participants - Advance bookings only

All abilities are very welcome

Yoga equipment can be provided or feel free to bring your own.

 

Classes will take part outside - either on the grass or under the covered patio area dependant upon the weather. 

"As a trainee yoga teacher, my classes are based on a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. My aim is to help you find ways to bring balance to the mind, body and spirit. The physical element of my classes are based on the principle of functionality, embracing how each persons body has a unique makeup and therefore requires different variations in movement to thrive."

About Alicia

Holistic healing modalities have had a profound influence on my life. My dream is to share these with others to help them unlock their own healing abilities in hope that we can all develop more compassionate and kinder way of treating our minds and bodies.

I am currently taking a 200 hour yoga teacher training course at Yoga Reloaded with the loveliest and most insightful teachers  who have already passed on so much of their knowledge in the first 6 months of training completed so far. I wanted to document the rest of this journey training and the start the journey of Little Lotus.

I am passionate about Yoga Asana, Yoga Nidra Meditation and Reiki which are all things that I will be offering in this space with more to come in the near future.
